Technical & Forensic Photography

In understanding any matter where a material failure is being investigated, the production of tangible images requires the use of correct lighting, correct lenses, and accurate angles to reflect the item in scale and in this area. In this area, our photographic laboratory excels.

Using the most highly advanced cameras, lenses and lighting techniques, we can prepare the most detailed photographs which show the finest detail in exquisite clarity.

Our Photographic Department uses the most up to date Leica, Zeiss, Olympus, and Canon cameras with an extensive range of lenses which allow us to undertake the full spectrum of photographic procedures from micro and macro photography to standard 35 mm photography.

All our microscopes are fitted with digital cameras upto 30 megapixels. Our new Sigma FP-L boasts 61 megapixels and when joined with any one of our Leica L Mount lenses, produces the most delicately balanced photographs within the macro and semimicro range.

Our Microscopy laboratory uses the latest techniques in Scanning Electron Microscopy, comparative photography & digital photography.

What do we offer?

We provide top quality colour or monochrome images which clearly represent the observers view.

For example:

In solving any technical issue, the use of the most exact and detailed photographs is critical to allow a third party to understand the matter at hand. The photographs must be objective, accurate and must be of a suitable quality to provide for a permanent visual record.

Comparative macro and semimicro photography allow us to compare an object to determine if they are the same, different, or have common characteristics. These characteristics include colour, texture, and physical measurements of the object.

In the understanding of a litigation issue, the use of clear photographs is a critical component in understanding the matter at hand. Let our photography skills work for you.
